Northern Credit Union is pleased to announce the new Adams Relationship Center will open on Monday, July 15 at 9 a.m.

Weekday hours will remain the same but we’ve added lobby and drive-thru Personal Teller service on Saturdays. The new relationship will be open:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  Lobby & Drive-thru
• Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  Lobby & Drive-thru

The new building is conveniently located at the intersection of Elmwood Avenue and NYS Route 178, near the I-81N on-ramp.

You can expect to see the same friendly faces and receive the same personalized service you’ve come to expect from the Adams team.

For added convenience, the new relationship center will feature two Personal Tellers with advanced ATM capabilities. Members will also have access to an automatic coin machine, a large conference room, a children’s play area, a refreshment zone, and a tablet-equipped waiting area.

The exterior will feature two drive-thru 24/7 ATM lanes, with one offering Personal Teller service during business hours. Personal Tellers provide the option to speak with a Watertown-based team member onscreen in a video conference to complete most common transactions including deposits and withdrawals, share-to-share transfers, and loan payments.
